Garrett Denniston is a partner and member of the firm’s civil litigation department. His practice is largely devoted to claims involving wrongful death, automobile or truck collisions, products liability, premises liability and class action matters. In addition, he has experience representing municipal clients and local businesses in various litigation matters.
Garrett is experienced at handling all stages of civil litigation and has successfully tried many cases to verdict on behalf of his clients. He has tried cases involving both routine matters and those of great complexity in both state and federal court. He has argued before both the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Court on multiple occasions.
Mr. Denniston received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut in 2002 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut in 2005. Mr. Denniston was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 2005 and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut in 2011. Prior to joining Lynch, Traub, Keefe & Errante, Mr. Denniston was in private practice with a firm in Connecticut, specializing in civil litigation and municipal law.
Mr. Denniston is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, New Haven County Bar Association, and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association where he serves on the General Torts Committee.
